Brian joined Norgaard O'Boyle, Attorneys At Law in 2012 after graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law. Brian’s practice focuses on all aspects of the Bankruptcy process, including representing individual and corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, lessor and other parties in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Brian’s practice also focuses on handling Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions, Corporate Formation, and Foreclosure matters. Brian also has extensive experience handling Civil Litigation matters.

Brian is Vice President and sits on the Board of Directors of Walk the Walk, a New Jersey 501(c)(3) charity, which pursues various charitable endeavors throughout the New Jersey area, including local senior citizens and the homeless. Additionally, during law school, Brian was a member of the Investor Advocacy Project, which provided pro bono legal representation to investors with limited income who had a dispute with an investment professional resulting from unsuitable investment strategies or unauthorized trading activity.
